The Barrel Pick Experience
Experience the joy of tasting from multiple barrels to make your own pick without buying the entire barrel!
Our Barrel Pick Program has been a hit since we started it in 2020. In realizing that not everyone who would enjoy this program wants to buy a full barrel, we decided to create "The Barrel Pick Experience. Guests can make an appointment to come taste from multiple barrels, pick their favorite, and pull a bottle directly from the barrel they picked to take home!
$150/Person includes:
- Tasting directly from a selection of four barrels.
- A PCS Barrel Team member to guide your experience, answer questions and offer advice.
- Taking home a bottle pulled directly from the barrel you pick!
- Includes commemorative NULU™ rocks glass!

Cocktail Classes
Runtime: 90 minutes
Our Cocktail Classes offer a hands-on learning experience in making 3 different craft cocktails. Our Master Mixologist covers the history of each cocktail, along with the science behind how different ingredients and spirits interact to create complexity and depth in a craft cocktail. All necessarv tools are provided. Must be 21+.
